    All I have to say is the month I took this supplement I gained 30lbs of lean muscle. I started taking it at 191lbs at 5.9 % body fat and by the end of the month I was at 221 at 5.6 % body fat. Granite I was using the #1 pro stack that came with 120 pill bottle versus this 90 pill bottle but this product does exactly what it says. It bulks like crazy! Try it and be serious about your diet and I guarantee that you should see results like mine.

    Hey Leon, I've not done an 18 month cycle before, my advice is for your question on sustainable gains. I'd say I kept 98% of the muscle mass gained on an eight week cycle with no additional supplements or 'PCT'. Try to maintain your routine and diet to the same standards it was while you were on cycle, that was all I did.

    I can't believe how good this stuff is, I combined it with Trib and I'm now growing like a friggin monster! Every session I feel stronger and recover faster, just how long is it safe to stay on cycle? I want to do 18 weeks solid. Question 2.. Are these gains sustainable off cycle? What's the best advice?     according to previous reviews, sounds like it may work. waiting for my order to arrive....hope to see gains, gonna use it along with Beachbody's Body Beast program. will put in results in about 12 weeks...lets see what happens

    I have never gotten so much return from a supplement. Generally, I am a sceptic about all the claims but I must admit that this combined with the Icariin has done wonders in the gym. In only two weeks my lifts have increased to the point where I am amazed. I will be buying more by the case! Thanks World ABS!

    If you're after a good strong bulker look no further, I tried Norateen and was disappointed but this kicked my ass into shape over the last 5 weeks. Could do with a bulk discount hooking up, thats my only gripe.

    I've used a lot of terrible supplements in my time but this brakes the mould, I tended to stick to the staple protein and try the odd thing now and again usually with limited gains and often fat over real muscle gains. To my surprise I made real gains on my shoulders over the last 8 weeks, gains that I haven't been able to make in the past 2 years, and so far the gains have all been sustainable by continuing my routine. One thing I did notice since I stopped using Pro Stack is that my strength has gone down a little, but as long as the gains don't go I'll be back for a 12 week cycle soon. Side effects were increased appetite.

    4Kg in just 6 weeks and all muscle no bloat, that's incredible for me. I'm glad I found this as I was thinking of juicing but that's become totally unnecessary now, I'll continue cycling this.

    This is the fist time i've used one of your supplement. It is a good muscle builder and strength enhancer. No one can question that, I have definitely recognized more development in parts of my muscles that i previously struggled with. Will definitely buy again.
