Returns Policy

You have 7 calendar days (starting from the day after which you made your purchase) to cancel the contract for your order with us and the products must be returned to our warehouse within 14 calendar days from the date in which you received your goods. The purchased item(s) from ‘World A.B.S’ must still be ‘factory sealed’ and completely 'un-used', as once the product is unsealed and/or tampered with it is deemed non-returnable.

On decision to cancel your order you must firstly email us at: [email protected] stating your name, order number and reason for cancellation.  We will then issue you with a return address and a return number that you must enclose in the parcel you are returning to us.

Please package the relevant ‘factory sealed’ item(s) and the returns number securely and send it back to us using the return address we supply to you.  Once we have received back your return we will issue your refund to the value of the returned item(s) less the cost of shipping incurred on the original dispatch by 'World A.B.S'.  This refund to you will be accompanied by an email confirmation.

Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the cancelled order and we advise for your own peace of mind that you return the parcel using a tracked/insured delivery service.
